Once they've got started with Doddle it’s your role to keep them up to date with developments and share with them new ways to use Doddle to support their teaching. You’ll be providing excellent, knowledgeable service and have your sales hat on at all times to resolve queries and increase engagement. You’ll also be targeted on closing renewals and cross-selling to other departments.

You’d be working in the sales and account management team in our Oxford office which means there is always someone on hand to help with any tricky questions and to share good ideas.

What are the hours?

The roles are term-time only meaning you won’t be working the holiday weeks of Oxfordshire state schools; and the roles are part-time, typically 25 hours a week over four days.

Who are you looking for?

The ideal candidate has a sales or account management background; has great communication skills, both written and verbal, and can build rapport quickly; is well-organised; and has an interest in secondary education.

Who would I be working with?

Rachel – Doddle Account Manager – manages schools who have bought Doddle for their departments; cross-selling expert; milk / no sugar

Nic – Doddle Account Manager – manages schools who have bought Doddle for their departments; Email prioritisation Guru; milk / no sugar

What if I’ve still got questions?

If you’d like an informal chat about the role then email Claire at claire.gilbert@boardworks.co.uk to arrange this.

How do I apply?

Please send a CV and covering note to Claire Gilbert at the above email address.

What if I know someone who is perfect for the role?

Tell them about it! Send them a link to this page, or like and share it on Facebook.
