What do I do if I am having problems running the software?
As the result of a recent Microsoft update you may have some difficulty installing the supplied version of the Flash Player. If this is the case, please visit the Adobe website at www.adobe.com to download the latest version of the Flash Player, or contact us for further assistance.
Currently, only some of our products are supported on Microsoft Windows Vista and Office 2007. We are working to correct this and a new version of the products will be released soon. Please contact us if you are affected by this issue.
Do I need Flash installed on my PC?
All our products use Flash technology to offer enhanced interactivity. To enable the interactive elements in PowerPoint products, the Flash Player that is on the CD-ROM needs to be installed. Alternatively, you can download the latest. Click here to download Flash Player now.
Can I edit Flash?
No, users can’t edit the Flash activities in the PowerPoint products, although they can copy and paste them into other presentations. All non-Flash slides can be edited in PowerPoint.
